Design of Concrete Aggregate Silos

I designed these silos in 1991 when working for Van Vliet, de Wet & Vennote in Johannesburg, South Africa. These silos were designed for storage of aggregate in a concrete block factory outside Johannesburg. The silos were constructed using steel pallets, welded together with small plates.
